It's sounds good. However, I wonder if PD resorts & hotels are over supply? How's the investment plan works? The projected return? Current MYHA hostel's occupancy rate? What happen to our capital 5 years later? Full refundable or continuingly invested? 
3000 is not big, consider put in in FD for 5 years. but the return should be higher. afterall, we diversify our investment fund. 
We need a thoroughly briefing on this matter b4 any decision to be make.

Thank you Chin Zheng Jie for your keen interest regarding this proposal. Referring to the our initial market review over Port Dickson, the hotel and resort are fully booked during weekends and public holidays. This means there are a large market at that area despite the existence of many hotels & resort over there.  
 
We will bring out a different concept of accommodation whereby it will follow our international HI Hostel standards and procedures.  
 
Currently our property in PD need a subsequent amount of investment to get it back running. Therefore we will repair existing building and renovate the hall for a larger audience. This therefore will minimize our cost to operate the hostel. After getting the hostel on running, we will open it to public whereby interested parties able to run any activity with a competitive fee. In parallel with that, we also will hold activities either from government or any parties where all of it will accumulate income to the hostel funds and promote the usage of the hostel. Hence all the generated revenue will contribute to our return of investment.
