MOTION FROM THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEEThe Executive Committee would like to move a motion to be passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Sunday 9 May 2010 as follows:The EXCO at its meeting on Friday, 30 April 2010 agreed to sell both properties in Melaka in the event that the loan from the federal government is not approved by Aug 2010. The main purpose is to settle the outstanding debts with Hostelling International as the debts has been outstanding for many years. HI has also withdrawn all the Malaysian Hostels in the hihostels.com effective 9 March 2010 and loss of voting rights at the International Conferences.
