Sukacita kami maklumkan bahawa Persatuan Asrama Belia Malaysia telah dilantik salaku pelaksana Program Jatidiri Kesukarelaan Nasional oleh Kementerian Belia dan Sukan Malaysia pada tahun 2008.

Program Jatidiri Kesukarelaan Nasional (PJKN) adalah kesinanbungan program khas untuk belia-belia yang tidak menyertai Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN). Objectif program adalahuntuk memupuk samangat kesukarelaan yang tinggi terhadap belia-belia dalam menyertai khidmat sosial dam masyarakat serta membina jatidiri dan daya kepimpinan yang tinggi terhadap belia. Hasrat murni Kementerian Belia dan Sukan ini telah dilaksanakan semenjak lima tahun lalu dan telah berjaya melahirkan generasi belia yang mempunyai semangat cintakan negara yang tinggi. Berikut adalah maklumat mengenai program tersebut:
